An associated company of LogiSense, Marine Dynamics is purposed for the development and operations of one of the largest private sector off-dock container terminals in the Country. The off-dock container handling facility is located in Port Qasim. The Company will also be developing a state-of-the-art oil & gas storage facility, also located in Port Qasim.
MS Shipping, a subsidiary of LogiSense, is the project company for operations pertaining to Karachi Port. The Company operates a leading off-dock container terminal located at West Wharf, Karachi and also undertakes Stevedoring and Shipping Agent related assignments. MS Shipping also owns and operates a range of heavy equipments.
Both companies are managed by LogiSense's core management team.

LogiSense is in the process of developing a dedicated Oil & Gas Storage Terminal located at Port Qasim, adjacent to the Oil Pier, with a cumulative planned storage capacity of approx 50,000 tons.
The Terminal is spread over a vast 10 acres and will provide a centralized storage facility for all major hydrocarbon products regularly imported into Pakistan.
The Facility will have a direct pipeline link with the Port Qasim Oil Pier and a large number of independent tanker filling stations to ensure maximum throughput year round.
In addition, state of the art fire fighting equipment and a dedicated safety team will be stationed at the facility 24/7 to ensure secure operations and compliance with international safety standards.

Asad Zaidi is the Founder and Chief Executive of LogiSense. His core competencies lie in the field of logistics, project management and investment planning. As a seasoned entrepreneur, Asad drives the Company's focus based on emerging market fundamentals and long term sector specific insights. He is responsible for day to day operations of the business, development of projects pipeline and interfacing with corporate clientele.
Prior to establishing LogiSense, Asad was associated with the Country's first Private Equity Fund with a Pakistan-specific focus. He holds a B.Sc. in Finance & Economics from Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, USA.
Junaid Imran is a Director at LogiSense and plays an integral role in financial planning, budgeting, compliance and supervision of internal controls at the Company. He is also responsible for conducting financial appraisals of new projects and opportunities. Junaid brings with him experience gained from associations with some of Pakistan's largest financial houses. He is a qualified ACCA with a B.Sc. in Applied Accounting.
Sajid Iqbal serves as Manager Finance at LogiSense and is responsible for day to day operations of the finance and accounting functions within the Organization. Sajid is also responsible for all corporate billings and procurement related activities at the Company. He was previously associated with Grant Thornton Pakistan and holds a B.Com degree as well as B.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Karachi.
Latifullah Khattak is the designated Manager Compliance at LogiSense and is responsible for complete back-office and internal compliance functions at the Company. He maintains and audits the information systems necessary for HQ oversight of field locations and operational activities. Latifullah was previously associated with Grant Thornton Pakistan and holds a B.Com degree from University of Karachi, he is also currently pursuing an MBA in Finance from SZABIST Karachi.
Ruth William is the Executive Assistant at LogiSense and looks after the corporate administration function at the Company headquarters. She is also responsible for coordinating recruitment and PR related activities as well as the management of information services within the Organization.
Muhammad Hussain serves as Manager Terminal Operations and is responsible for off-dock container terminal operations and stevedoring services at Karachi Port. With over 40 years in the field, Hussain's unparalleled experience and in-depth knowledgebase are critical to the seamless running of our field operations round the clock.
Mahboob Ahmad serves as Manager Logistics and is responsible for round the clock bulk cargo transportation operations across the Country at LogiSense. Mahboob is a veteran of the trucking industry with over 20 years of bulk cargo transportation experience. He has managed Company operations on the ground at Karachi Port, Port Qasim, Gwadar Port and in Punjab.
Asad Isfahani is the designated In-charge of Machinery and Equipments and is responsible for the operational upkeep and maintenance of the Company's heavy equipments portfolio. He brings with him an experience of over 40 years and has been previously associated with renowned companies in Pakistan as well as across the region. Asad along with his team ensure that the Company's heavy equipments are always in operational-readiness and available for deployment at a moment's notice.
